Un-striaght Chevrons/Arrows

I'm making pattern #37869 but all the upside-down chevrons/arrows down look straight. They look wonky and when I turn them upside down they look life stretched out chevrons. My regular chevrons on the pattern look fine though. Is there any way I can prevent it? I'm trying to reduce the amount of bracelets I'm adding in my unfinished category.

Make your knots more consistent? Maybe its wonky cuz the knots are different tensioned i guess.

@Shelly2121 I try to make them as constant as I can and they're all the same size. The lines of knots look wide.

Different brands can have different thicknesses Incorrect knots can change the pattern Same goes for segment knotting, if you dont pay attention to the colors and lines, you might segment knot incorrectly, thus altering the pattern |

It's a common issue that when knotting towards the outside of the pattern it can get a bit stretched and uneven. To fix this make sure you hold the string you're knotting on tight and pull it straight down, not to the side. That should do the trick.

@halokiwi thanks! Yesterday I was pulling the string down only on the middle sections so the edges were more stretched. Tried doing the edges and now they aren't stretched!

when you turn the chevron around, it won't be straight anymore.

When you do an inverted chevron, it is straighter than a normal chevron.
