how do you create patterns I've left 1 million times I cannot figure it out

Unfortunately you can’t do it on the app, but on the website in the top right there should be your pfp and ur username, then hover there mouse over if your on computer or click on it if not and click create pattern. For alphas I would do draw alpha and for normal patterns I would suggest finding some blank friendship bracelet templates and printing them off and designing front there

Here's how to do it if you are on the website, I am not sure how to do it on the app.
You hover over your profile and a dropdown menu will appear. You click on the plus that says 'create pattern'. Next, you click on the kind of pattern you want to create. For normals, you will see a text box with a bunch of rows with the letter f. The rows represent the horizontal rows of a pattern. To change the knots, you change the fs to the knot you want. (f is forward, b is backward, bf is backwards-forwards, fb is forwards-backwards).
