beginnig large bracelets

so there's this one pattern that's 20+ strings, and i need some ideas on how to start it. i don't want to to the button buckle, because the buttons annoy me. they feel weird. so, any input would be appreciated. thank you!

I typically tie multiple knots and eventually when I'm done the bracelet I untie them and braid them off like I would at the end.

I do a v-shaped buckle. Not sure what it is called, though. There is probably a tutorial on how to do it . . .

Ribbon clamps, seamless tie, clasps, errrrr that's all I have ( for big bracelets )

U could do the button buckle then just tie the bracelet to it Irya2245

I do two plaits on either side of the bracelet, I do my strings and do a few rows, then I do the plaits I begin he bracelet

Try and have a look at how PEQUENO50 starts his bigger bracelets! They look really neat. It seems like the same technique you need to use for the diamond shaped bracelet in Adik's tutorial! 🙂
