Can you begin alphas with a loop? I just love the loop/button combo, and I think they make the bracelets last longer since you don't have to stretch the bracelet to slip them on and off. So I was wondering if anyone knows a way to start an alpha with a loop. Thanks!

Look for the "Bracelet Buckle" tutorial. It'll show you how to make a reinforced, stronger loop. I use that method as my starting loop for all of my alpha bracelets. Hope that helps!

I used that one for my normal patterns but i don't understand how it would work for an alpha pattern

It works the same way for an alpha as it does for a normal. I'm a visual learner, so sometimes I have a hard time explaining things correctly. I would check the BeyondBracelets page on youtube. Her videos help a lot!

The way i see it is that... Well say you wanted to make a bracelet that had 10 strings... 10 is an even number so it will work better.........! So what i do is i cut 5 VERY LONG strings and then fold them in half... Then you kinda have to look at the tutorial in the tutorial section to learn the rest! 😉
