Ok so I have a problem of always messing up the backward forward // forward backward knots on my triangle starts. I always forget. Can someone tell me which knot goes on the right side of it and which knot goes on the left side. I always get confused.

if you are starting the bracelet in a triangle on the left you make a backward forward knot or a forward knot. on the right you make a forward backward knot or a forward knot. if you are ending the bracelet in a triangle you do backward knots on the left and forward knots on the right.

Basically you need to remember to always knot towards the middle of the bracelet
