I donโt know what to do! Is there anyway to put on new base strings when they snapped on an alpha? Is there anyway to fix that mistake! My base strings snapped and tied with my leading string

You could tape the new base string down behind the bracelet, and make whichever knots you need to do over both the old string and the new string. Try do as many rows as you can (if possible) before then folding the old string back behind the bracelet so it's out of the way. You can then continue to knot as normal. The more rows you can do over the two strings the better. When you've finished you then can cut the loose thread at the back off, as normal.
