Two White Row Triangle Start for 45156

Hello everyone, I hope this is the correct way on how to ask this - in the pattern #45156 there are some picture submissions (and the one video) where the triangle starts with two white rows. Can someone please explain me how you start this way, and how you go into the normal pattern afterwards? Any responses would be lovely! Oh, and by the way I think if you reverse the 5th knot on the 2nd row to a backward one, it will look even better
