Can you add charms to alphas?

Hi, I have been experimenting with beads and charms on bracelets lately. So far I’ve only found tutorials online for beads and charms on normal bracelets, though. And the closest idea I’ve had for adding a charm to an alpha was maybe using the frilly edge technique in some way? I was just wondering if it was even possible to add beads or charms to alphas (I’m not picky about whether the charm is on the edge or in the middle)Thanks in advance! |

Yes. I would just put a base string through the charm and continue tying like usually. The next knot onto that base string should secure it in place.

yes I do the first half of the knot slide on the charm and do the second half
