Ohhhh ok I get it now. There’s a tutorial in the tutorial section on BraceletBook. It’s pretty old. It’s called “Bracelet Buckle Version 2”

Wait never mind I misinterpreted again. It’s like a normal teardrop loop but you take out two strings. You tie a knot with your first color on the entire bundle except for your second color. Then you take your second color and tie a knot on the entire bundle except the first color. You just keep going like that until it’s long enough.

I personally have never made an alternating color loop but I’m pretty sure you start from the middle and go to the left and then to the right.
