I have recently picked up bracelet making again, and I forgot how annoying the back pain can be when making bracelets. I was wondering if you guys have any tips on posture, or a better way to make bracelets that could prevent this?I typically use a clip board and sit cross-legged on my bed when I make them, but I have tried sitting at a desk and taping it there but that didn't help either. Any tips would be appreciated!! |

I usually sit at the table or desk and put a big pillow under my clipboard so that it's higher up. This helps a little bit because it forces me to sit more upright and not so bent over.If you wanna knot on your bed, you could also try to put your knees up, lean against the wall or something with your back and put the clipboard on your thighs. Basically anything that forces you to keep your neck straight/head up is good ^^ I also take a lot of breaks when knotting for a longer time to stretch or just walk a few steps ๐ None of these help me to 100% get rid of the back pain but it greatly reduced it atleast, maybe this can help you as well โค๏ธ |

I would use a safety pin and a pillow to hold it down. Then you can lay down and tat should help will back pain.
