Printing out the pattern

Not sure if this is the right part of the forum to ask about this (forgive me mods 😢), but I've ran into a problem when printing out the patterns. When it displays in preview window before printong, the preview of pattern is large, but the pattern itself is miniscule. Does anybody have any idea how to solve this?

whats the print size, when you print it does it say letter size or is it like 3x5?

@aubreeeyxo it just says A4, can't find any other settings
