how to start an Asymmetrical pattern?!?

i decided to start the pattern #165688. i did a loop, and then i got stuck. i cant do a triangle start because the colours on each side of the loop arent in the place theyre supposed to be. ive been trying to figure this out for literally an hour now and i just decided to start without any shape, just tie. that went extremly horrible and now its a huge tied mess of strings, please help me how the hell do i start this😭

After the loop, you don't need to split the strings evenly. You can put two strings of one colour to one side and none to the other side.

you can bring the two sides of the loop toghether and start with one big triangle, that way you can do an asymetric distribution of strings in each side, as an example you can see my photos of #10901 or #64826
