11x70 means that the pattern is 11 knots (or beads) wide and 70 rows long. The measurement of the patterns depend on the size of the beads you use.

Hey, I also do bead loom bracelets occasionally! Here are a few tips I have. When making sure you have enough strings, I check the dimensions and the knots in the pattern. For example, I count the knots in 1 row and to make sure I have enough string, I make sure that there’s a space for each knot. You’re basically doing the dimensions plus 1 string. Start with one string in the middle of the loom and add strings around it until there is 1 gap/spot for each bead you’re going to be putting in the bracelet. If you have a hard time understanding, feel free to DM me for other tips or video recommendations.
