You can make a knot with all your strings a bit away from where your bracelet actually starts. That way you can put your safety pin in the space between the start of the bracelet and the knot. When I cut my strings and I don't do a loop at the beginning I just tie them together and start from there. Later I untie that knot and make braids or twisted ties. |

@Hazieb123 I always just use a 1-inch size binder clip (you know, those thingys, usually black plastic with a silver metal piece you squeeze to open it....they sort of resemble a small hair clip or mini chip clip LOL😂). It works really well to tightly clip & secure any section of your bracelet (without damaging it) to the top edge of a hardback book, a school binder, an old cutting board, a DVD case, or the edge of any solid flat surface that the clip will fit onto. If you have a clipboard, even better! Then you don't need a separate binder clip. 😀😉 Good luck! 👍❤

I use clipboards to make my bracelets, because for me it holds more securely than safety pins or tape, so if you have a clipboard you can try that, and it works for loops and no loops.

I usually use a clip board but I suppose you could use a clip and just clip it to the first few rows of your bracelet

I use a binder clip and a sketch book. This way it’s secure and isn’t moving around a lot.

You can leave some strings for the ties at the top, and make a temporary knot there. You can then put the safety pin in the pillow, the through the knot, then into the pillow again. When your done take of the safety pin and untie the k ot to make the ties. Hope this helps! 🙂

Hello I secure all of my bracelets with safety pins either with a loop or I tie a knot at the top of my bracelet and pin it on there. I hope this helped!
