Hi 👋 just a quick question I’ve been wondering while making patterns that include backward forward knots and forward backward knots. If for example I needed to make a backward forward knot, would I need to do a half backward and half forward knot twice or just once? I’ve been struggling with these knots for a while and the bracelets that include them that I’ve made have always turned out wonky or uneven for me. Any tips on how to fix this would be very appreciated! Thank you ❤️

Hi ! So as to complete a knot, you have to knot twice (forward = 2 forward knots), then a forward backward is 1 forward 1 backward knot 🙂 And I know it's boring advice but practice helps a lot ! I would start with patterns that have FB and BF knots in the middle (avoir edges) and avoid patterns that are ONLY those 2 knots. Once you get more comfortable you can start making "harder" patterns ! Hope it helps 🙂
