i am trying to follow Masha knots flat alpha technique, but I am not sure what to do if I have a color switch on the very edge of the bracelet where the start of the next row is a different color. I tried crossing the string down almost but it still is wonky.

in her video she shows how to change it if the last knot in the row is a different color, not if the first knot in the NEXT row down is a different color than the last knot of the previews row.

When you end the row previous to the one with the color change, use the forward backward knot or backward forward knot (depending on which side you are on) and then tuck that string underneath all of the base strings then start your next row with your new color using either fb or bf knot. Hope this makes sense and if you have more questions let me know!

Colour changes on the edge of an alpha will always be more finicky than the others. Are you introducing a whole new colour or are you just switching to a previously used colour?
