switching colors in alpha keychains?

ok, so i know this might be a dumb question, but i started making alphas pretty recently and i started making #147753 as a keychain, but i'm confused on how to switch colors... do i just put the new leading string to the side and knot it in then cut it off later? ty 🙂

hey so I’d recommend watching a youtube video or a tutorial on alpha bracelets/keychains. personally, i’d recommend Masha Knots alpha tutorial or kinsey b flat alpha tutorial on youtube. hope this helps 😊
