Would two different normal patterns with the same amount of strings be the same width?

I want to make a watch band for my mom. I’m currently working on #86183 and noticed that it would be the perfect width, but I want to do a different pattern. If I picked a different pattern with the same amount of strings, say, #48997, would they be the same width? If you need any more info I’d be happy to share, just let me know. Thanks in advance!

Yes, if you use the same material and knot with the same tightness, the bracelets will have the same width.
