Securing the strings in place?

Hi, I'm working on a design project for school.I was wondering how people currently secure the threads in place, whilst following the pattern particularly for wider designs which include lots of threads. Also are there any other problems that you typically face whilst trying to work on a design? Thank you 😀 |

I usually use duct tape to secure my strings, if I’m doing a large wall hanging I tie the strings onto the wooden dowel and secure that with tape, hope this helps! 😄

I use a combination of tape and clips (because I prefer using those rubber cutting mats to make bracelets on)!
