how to make normal bracelet straight???

I always end up with a really floppy bracelet but I see everyone who uses the same string as me (loops and threads) gets straight results? How do I achieve this?

"floppy" to me would mean that the bracelet is soft and not sturdy. It does not necessarily contradict with the bracelet being straight.Things to do for a bracelet to be more stiff and also more straight: - consistent knotting tension, knotting tighter will make the bracelet stiffer - adding the straight edges technique (optional) - try to not pull the bracelet to the sides too much while knotting - secure your bracelet securely while knotting close to the point where you are knotting so it can't move around a lot - after you finished, you can iron the bracelet or put it under a heavy book, you can also wet the bracelet and stretch it straight |
