I understand how to make a loop at the start of a bracelet and how to end the bracelet but I don't understand how you can attach it to your wrist...

As long as the tail end of your bracelet has a knot big enough to catch on the loop yet small enough to put it on, the bracelet should slip on easily with a loop 🙂 if you were to do a two-sided tail (like a double triangle end or something, ending in two braids) you could also just tie it through the loop. That second option might require help from a friend, though 🤔

Hey! there’s a way to make those adjustable! so when you finish the bracelet, instead of knowing where the ties end, give yourself a few inches of space and then tie the knot further down, then go back to the top and pull the bracelet through the loop untill you have a small chain, don’t pull it al the way though, then pull another part of the bracelet through the new loop you just created. then you will see a small knot begin to form, tighten in and then you’re done!

if you want it to stay on and stay tight, the best method is just tie a know 🙂 it took a while but i’ve learned to do it one handed really quickly! if you want to be able to take it off easily, i find the best method is wrap it around your wrist, pull both the ties through the front of the loop, as in put it through the loop on the outside so you pull the ties through towards your wrist if that makes sense? then pull the ends through the middle of the two ties and you can adjust it to your wrist size 🙂 it does come off easier tho x
