tips for normal patterns and time

Okay so I need help when I’m making a basic chevron the frist two or three rows look really nice but as you go more down you can see tiny gaps they aren’t even that noticeable but it’s anoying even when I try to make the knots a bit tight I feel like the knots are too small and it looks messy and not straight or sometimes it will look straight with small curves Another thing I need help is with time I literally only have like 3 hours of free time and no matter how hard I try it takes weeks just to finish an easy chevron😭😭 I need tips on how to finish them faster but equally as nice as if it took a long time to make |

I had the SAME problem. What helped me was practice. It would take a really long time to finish a simple bracelet. As you practice, your knotting will natrually get faster. For the little gaps, I know you said you try to make them tight but try playing around with the tension of your knots. don't rush the process. Hope this helps! 🙂
