Just started an alpha bracelet and somehow pulled a base string out

So I just started an alpha bracelet and got two rows in, and as I was making the third I was making knots on one of the strings when it just slid out of the tape and the previous knots on it. Is there any way to salvage this or no? I already had to restart this bracelet once because I started with a triangle end but did it in the wrong colour and I feel like if I have to restart again I might just give up on alpha for a while 😢 pls help

@OrchidstreI'm sorry to bring you bad news but I've never encountered this so I have no idea. From my experience though, I don't think it can be salvaged. Once the knots are off the string it's hard to continue from there.🙁 If you have another issue, you can always send a message my way! I'm on BB a lot in the evening and afternoon EST so I should be able to get to you quickly. |

@Orchidstre if it helps I use a dowel rod with a larks head knot so the strings are tied onto the rod, but that’s partly because I’m making my first alpha and it’s going to be a keychain
