Sometimes when making alphas with many long strings, things can get a little messy and I have to waste time untangling the base strings, at times even missing strings and having to undo knots. How do you keep your strings in line when knotting?

When moving to the right with forward knots, I like to put each individual strong to my left after knotting on it, and they usually tend to stay untangled. Same goes when knotting to the left, just reversed. Hope it helped! 😊

I personally do what the person above said of moving your strings over one by one. However I’ve heard from other people that cutting slits in the bottom of a clipboard and organizing the strings like that also works. Hope this helps!
