Whenever I’m done with a bracelet I tie it on my wrist, but it’s either so tight it won’t slide off, or so loose it falls off! How do other people finish bracelets other than just double knotting both ends together? I’m getting sick of cutting 3 hour bracelets off my wrist 😐 🙁 😢

Hello! To resolve this issues I think you should start your bracelet with a loop like a teardrop loop or a triangle start, and you should end your bracelet with some braided strings at the end, so you can make your bracelet as tight as you like But even if you do this sometime it can be bigger than you would want it to be and that would be because you finish the pattern exactly when it tells you too, but you don't need to do that so what I think you should do is whether measure your wrist and check when you're making the bracelet if it's the exact size that you want then stop or you can also just check on your wrist itself meanwhile you're making the bracelet if it's the perfect size. When you reach it you should stop the bracelet and make your ends even if the pattern is not over yet. Hope this helped ! 😊 Here is the teardrop loop and triangle ends tutorial https://youtu.be/dPcpD-i2D0U https://youtu.be/05sDSDDr5rM |

Hey I know that you you didn’t want to do the double knotting at both end but have you tried making them adjustable. I love doing it that way since it’s also easier to put them on and take them off. I hope this helps!Tutorial for adjustable bracelets https://youtu.be/XfdHQb5dxPI |

I start my bracelets with a loop. Mostly teardrop loops, but you could also just tie the strings together in a loop. I end my bracelets with two braids so I can tie and untie the braids through the loop.

i usually knot each end and braid them, then bring them together and make an adjustable end, as mentioned previously there’s tutorials on youtube and i believe i saw one on here too 🙂 it helped me a lot when i didn’t know exactly the desired length of my bracelet !

@BeachyEm I make mine adjustable! I leave an inch or two of string on each end like this: -bracelet—o————o— ( the o’s are the knots) and it’s kinda hard to explain but I tie a bit of string connecting the two ends to form a circle, then it can slide back and forth making it adjustable. There is not a tutorial for this though…
