chevron braclet messy and knots very small

Ive tried making a chevron. Non of the colors line up. The knots are so small. The braclet is not flat and almost spinning/curling

It is normal that bracelets don't really look good when you first start making them. It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it.To practice I would recommend doing a candystripe with just f knots, then a candystripe with just b knots to really practice these two knot types and afterwards try the chevron again to combine the two. |
