Is there anyway to replace the end of a bracelet? I just finished a bracelet, but I ran out of string for all but one of the colors for the end. To fix this I tried doing a Chinese staircase to gather all the strings, but it's falling apart (probably because they are all different lengths). |

are the strings long enough for you to add new pieces and carry on with the pattern?You could maybe undo a few rows to get some more length on the short ones, then add the new strings to make some rows of the pattern to secure it and then make the proper ends with some clear nail polish / glue to secure any bits of string that keep popping out if you have any jewellery pieces that could also help, like jewellery crimp ends or jump rings 😊 |
