slanted knots in alpha help pls

Heyyy so I’ve noticed that in my alphas, the knots end up looking slanted in the rows. I saw this in photos of other people’s too. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hi yes! You can use a straight ruler to push up your knots. Try to keep your tension consistent and tight, I hope this helps.

They're always going to be slanted to a degree, it's just something you get used to seeing. If you keep your knots consistent though they will look a bit more straight.
