Hello, everyone!I'm currently working on #87418, and I noticed that the pictures aren't looking like my current bracelet. I started from the top with the separated sections, and none of the example pictures did that. The separated bits are in the middle. How do I fix this? I'm guessing I should start lower in the pattern, but where? Any and all help is greatly appreciated! ^_^ |

Hi!!So for this pattern, if you started at the top with the separated portions then there should be some space in between each of the lines/sections/colors picked. However, if the separations are occurring within the lines/sections (i.e. the knots are right next to each other like the pattern shows they should be) make sure you are knotting tightly enough and not mixing up the order of the strings. It would be easier to start with solid parts. I would start on line 21, where the first full, unbroken row is; you can start by going straight across or even do a triangle start if you wanted to. If you are unsure of what these are I will list tutorial names for them here for you to check out: how to make triangle ends by halokiwi (on braceletbook) and how to make a straight beginning row on friendship-bracelet.net (link: https://friendship-bracelets.net/tutorials/1065 ****warning this is an external site for bracelet making, but very similar to bracelet book and other bracelet book users use it. I hope this helps, but if anything is confusing please at me or dm. 🙂 Happy Knotting. 🙂 |
