Anyone else have issues with candystripe patterns curving, or just generally not coming out straight? Any tips on how to straighten them out?

That's a common issue, because you have lots of knots going in one direction. Try not pulling the bracelet too much to the side while knotting.

Ah, okay. There’s a lot of bracelets I can do just fine, but candy stripes always come out wonky lol. Thanks for the help!

Candy stripes do that for me too. You can always tape down the bracelet as you move along to keep it straight, or once you're done you can add water and out a book or something on it to flatten it out.

Patterns that heavily favour knots in one direction will tend to lean in the direction. Periodically stopping and physically pulling the bracelet can help but also, if you ever so slightly loosen your gauge on the side your bracelet is curving towards you can help reduce it.
