im making pattern #106715 !! how long would you cut the strings?? it is 14 strings wide. now, say i already cut the strings to about 120 cm/45 inches... 😳😳 should i do twist ties on both ends, or fold them in half to make a loop on one end? i dont know what i can get away with with the amount of string i have cut...

I think they'd be too short to fold them in half and make a loop, so I would recommend to make twisted ties on both sides.

I'd have to agree the strings are too short for a loop.
