How do you actually tie your bracelets????

I love making normal patterns but I can never figure out how to actually tie them on my wrist. Help please!

There’s three things that I usually do for normal bracelets. First, if I’m doing a normal loop, I will make a knot at the end of the bracelet and then braid it. Then I will put the braided end through the loop to make it an adjustable bracelet. Second, if I’m doing a teardrop loop, I will do the same braid at the bottom, but I when I want to wear it I will have someone help me to tie the braid around the loop. Last, if both ends are braided (because of odd number of strings) i do this thing I found on YouTube to wear it.
