Wearing a Teardrop Loop Bracelet

I am currently working a bracelet with a teardrop loop and I am wondering how people wear them. Do they just tie the braided end around the teardrop loop? Or is there a way to make it into an adjustable bracelet? This may be a stupid question but I’ve always wondered how to wear them.

For any of my bracelets with a loop, I just tie the ties around the loop till it is secure.
