I recently made pattern #24784 and when I made the arms on the cactus, the background color showed up instead of green. Essentially, the background color covered the green that was supposed to show. How do I stop this from happening on my next bracelet? It seems to happen to me at the beginning then the rest of the bracelet is fine.

My guess is that you’re not pushing the background color behind the the bracelet when you’re making some of the green knots. However, I can’t honestly identify what’s happening without seeing like a picture of it though

Masha knots has a video on alphas! But yes according to Leafpool you’re not pushing the string behind your bracelet strings. Your knotting string has to be completely under the strings of your bracelet and the color you want to make a knot with must be above your knotting string. (Knotting string is the background color)
