Heyy. So for some reason I always use the braided string. I guess I feel like it’s stronger but I don’t really know lol. I was just wondering what y’all use and if u have a reason y u use a specific type.

At first I used craft cord (strands that twist around themselves) but then I switched to embroidery floss a year ago. I found that craft cord was too thin and even the loops and threads embroidery floss isn't my favourite atm. I just think that embroidery floss works better for me and I make better knots with it than I would with craft cord.

@2006_Mandy thanks. The craft cord is what I think I was using. I thought because it was twisted it would be easier and stronger but my strings keep ripping. I am making a bracelet now with embroidery floss to see the difference and which I like better.
