How long should I make my base strings for an alpha bracelet? The pattern I am planning on doing is 307040

I see you have already knotted alphas. You can figure out how long the base strings need to be by using measurements from the alphas you already knotted.Measure how long a certain amount of rows is for example 10 rows. Then you can use that measurement to calculate how much 68 rows are. (If you have measured how long 10 rows are, you would have to take the length of 10 rows times 6,8 to get the length for 68 rows.) Your base strings need to be the length of the rows plus some extra for ties or loop etc. |
