Iโve seen that some people do alphaโs differently, the behind side do not have strings crossing everywhere. How do I do to do the same ? ๐

Well i know one method, that being the two color method. If you scroll allllll the way down in the tutorial section, it has one called alphabet patterns. Itโs pretty much making a forward knot over the background string when you want to to be that color, and when you want to switch colors you make a backwards knot with the background string, and vice versa when youโre going the other way. The tutorial has pictures so it probably explains it better than i can. It also works for patterns that have only one color per row like #16185. You just have to account for the fact that you will be making knots with those background strings so you have to make it longer.
