I have found that a lot of my bracelets are really stiff after I've finished making them. Do you know of any way to make them more soft?

Wearing them, twisting them around, and dipping them in water then gently pulling at them would all work pretty well. You could also make slightly less tight knots, but that could risk it being weird and gappy.

22graffeod is right, wear will do it. You could also try soaking them in some water mixed with fabric softener.
