Hi! I’m currently in the process of getting out of another big slump, it’s really a bummer when you’re in one. I’ve made bracelets for a while and I’ve had at least 3 super long slumps before, so here’s some advice I have for getting out of slumps! (Through my experiences at least ^-^) The first one is don’t be afraid to take a break! It’s natural for people to have slumps in a while and sometimes it’s nice to just go with the flow and try other hobbies and get back into it later. Another tip is try using that ‘extra special’ thread you’ve had for a while or maybe have a small haul! I found that using fun threads or getting some more threads can motivate you to make more bracelets. My last tip is find a pattern that’s quick but fun for you, whenever I’m in a slump I make smaller bracelets that take less ‘brain power’, that way I can just knot whenever I want to and motivates me more. (Plus you can try some new color combos too!) Hope this helps! 💕
