the back of my alphas look very ugly and i want to fix that. esp for keychains, while its on my bag, it flips and it dosent look very cute. what do you guys do?i am aware that there is a clean back techinque but i found it confusing and it was very overwhelming (for me). I would like to know what some of you guys do |

Hi! It’s normal to have an ‘ugly’ back in alphas but here’s a method I’ve seen other knotters doing! Like you said the clean back method is a good one but also sewing a fabric or a piece of felt cut out in the shape of the keychain. Preferably choosing one that is either the same color or has a similar theme of the bracelet/keychain that you made to cover the back up, making it both cleaner and cuter to look at! Hope this helps! You can do a double sided keychain so the pattern is on both sides. There is a tutorial for this in the tutorials section.

You can also do the 'clean back alpha' technique. There is a tutorial in the tutorials section here or you can just search it on youtube. It's a bit of a pain, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad.
