starting a bracelet after a loop

hey i was wondering if after a loop in alphas u can just start the bracelet like straight across if that makes any sense. Like can u do a loop and then just start without doing any triangle eds. If u can, do u have any advice/tips on how 2 do it and how 2 make sure it turns out well? thanks i hope u can help
