so im using the straight edge alpha technique and my edges are smooth but my creations are not coming out straight some or a little curvy

it’s probably knot tension. if you’re not tying you’re knots loose enough, then its harder to fix. whag i would do is maybe tie them looser (or if they’re already loose, leave them) and then pull on the base strings on the far right and left, and then maybe take a ruler and press the edges straight.

@Rowsett thank you for this new one im making ive been doing the ruler one ill try looser knots tho it's not that bad but my recent one my latest photo didn't turn out soo well
