starting/ending bracelets

Hello! I’ve been making bracelets on and off for a few years now! I have always just done a teardrop loop or made a makeshift slip knot to start my bracelets and when ending I always braided the string together. How can I switch things up and start/end my bracelets differently and what are some ways to make ties? Thank you!!(: (:

Hi! I would suggest brainstorming the different types of braids and knots you could try in order to form your ties. I am sure there are braiding ideas on the internet. Also, as @halokiwi mentioned, the tutorial by Alex's Innovations is really helpful in starting and ending your bracelets.
