I know how to tie the base strings to a wooden dowel if the pattern is also straight and upright, however how would i tie my base strings to the dowel when the pattern is going the opposite way to the base strings/sideways? For example with pattern #72758. I hope this makes sense 😄 |

@suzzanebez hey! thats because the pattern generator makes the smaller side as base strings (i hope that makes sense hehe) you can count the strings from the pixel part (which shows at the top) and then make the wall hanging from that and not the knots that are shown

What’s the best way to work on them, I tie them to a dowel but the hardest part is tying in knots with loose base strings and I also can’t do it on my bracelet board because it fans the strings out too much🥲

You can take a screenshot and than flip it so you have the pattern but you won’t have the arrows, that’s what works best for me
