Clean back or Running stitch technique?

How do you guys prefer to do yours alphas?With the Clean Back technique or showing the running stitches on the backside? |

I have never tried the clean back alpha technique but I find it a bit confusing so I just use the normal technique with the stings showing and just cut them short or cover my backs.

I make them normally, the clean back is rally confusing and I’m just tryna make a keychain. 😂
