I am not an expert but you could look for a video/tutorial on BraceletBook or YouTube since I am not quite sure!

Yes, it is definitely possible. You can do a teardrop loop for any normal pattern.I recommend to take a screenshot of the pattern or print it out and then draw a v into it to see where the edge of the loop is. You can check out the tutorial I wrote on triangle ends to check out the general concept. All shaped starts with or without a loop basically work the same. https://www.braceletbook.com/tutorials/98_how-to-make-triangle-ends/ |

Hi everyone! Hope someone see's this and possibly knows the answer. After I get the first "v" shaped line of a teardrop loop done, how do I go about making the rest of the bracelet? Should I continue in a v pattern? I would like to just go in straight rows, does anyone know how to do that? Thanks!

@hope642 I don’t think it’s possible to to go in a straight rows after a teardrop loop. Even if there was a way, it probably wouldn’t turn out as neat if you just continued the pattern in the “v” shape.

Sorry to bother y'all again! I don't know if you guys know what a continuous teardrop loop is but here is a YouTube video tutorial showing what it is/how to do it, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vcAf5D1UMvQ , so as I was wondering before would I be able to work in rows or would "v"s be the only option? Thanks again for any help! I greatly appreciate it!

As long as you follow the knots and the order of the strings in your pattern, it's absolutely possible to work in rows if you're more comfortable that way !Once your teardrop is done, you can still follow your pattern row by row, taking into account the V shape where there are technically no knots, until you end up with a straight row. |
