how do you keep bracelets from curling

when i am done with my bracelets they tend to curl up after i am done doing them. i tried many ways for me to not let the bracelet curl up such as tieing my knots all the same force. other than that i would love to know how you keep your bracelets flat. (i am generally talking about normal patterns)

You may be making your notes too tight. Try making them looser. Also maybe when you knot you up your bracelets up to make your knots tight. Try keeping your bracelet flat when you knot. What do you use to hold your bracelet when you knot?

I also use a clipboard. When My bracelet gets long and I find myself pulling the bracelet up I like to use tape so that it stays flat!

Some patterns it can be hard to make the edges straight but Masha knots has a video on the straight edge technique! It keeps the bracelet from curling if you tape it down as you go

Everyone has given great tips on how to knot, but if they're still curling even after you change your knotting style you could just get the bracelet a little damp and then flatten it under something heavy. Like pressing flowers, but with the bracelet.

I iron them sometimes after making 🙈 😂 I don't know if it's right, but it helps 😉 But please try it in an thread before, because when you used Polyesterthread,... it will melt and everything looks ugly 😭 |
