what it says on the tin, I get so frustrated when I do patters with fb or bf knots in them cause it almost always ends up with tiny holes near them..... does anyone else get this and how did you solve it? I know they're not massive holes and you dont really notice it while wearing, but if I hold it up I can totally see the light through..
I do tie my knots quite tight, I like them really even and tend to use the bracelets as bookmarks..

That sometimes happens to me when I use the straight edge technic. Unfortunately I haven’t found a way to fix it.

@Jdog12525 oh interesting! I usually have no problem with the straight edges technique, big fan tbh. I find that this gaps happen with fb or bf knots within the pattern rather than at the edges....

@ShruthiMan I have that same problem like in the middle of the bracelet not on the edges. Unfortunately I have no idea how to prevent it. 🤷‍♀️

I don't know if this will work, but try to pop the knot into the hole that it's going into (does this make sense?) When you tie a knot, there's a little notch for it to go between the other knots, try to make sure that when you tie a knot it's going into that notch.

@ShruthiMan this happens to me some times and I have to make sure I am tiring the knots really tight and sometimes I have to flip my bracelet to the back and push some of the knots together( I don’t know if that make sense?)

The biggest issues is likely knot tension. If you’re pulling too hard before the knot goes all the way up, the second part of the knot won’t line up with the initial one. To fix this, try to make a habit of holding the underneath string (the one that isn’t making the 4 shape) straight down, and the tying string (the one you are making the 4 shape with) straight across the bracelet rather than up and out
