I would say about half a wingspan, or a little over that. Your A and C colours can be longer than colour B if you want to save on some string. 🙂

I agree with @Someone_, this is a very small pattern so half a wingspan should be more than enough for colors A and C. Because the string for color B pretty much won’t shorten as you make the bracelet, that string only needs to be around the length that you want the bracelet itself to be, plus extra for the ties.
