alpha knots coming undone

So I made this corona bracelet for some one and recently I noticed that the last row of knots is coming off how do I stop it from doing this. Also I tyed the knots pretty tight so it’s not from that

Did you secure the last leading string to the back of the bracelet? That’s the only reason I can think of as to why it would come undone

Also, just wearing a bracelet very often eventually wears it down. I have a few that I wear a lot/never take off and eventually the knots start to unravel.

I recommend making knots into the basestrings if they are still long enough.

Possibly because you tied the ends down quite far away from the rest of the pattern, maybe allowing the knots to slip or come loose?
